How much does it cost?
You pay the advertised price plus delivery cost where applicable, and the cost to ship it to you. There is a 10% commission charge on zero rated goods i.e. children’s clothing and footwear, nappies, food items etc.
How do I pay?
We will invoice you once we receive your goods and they are ready to be shipped. Normal Payment is within 14 days from your invoice date to our UK or St Helena Bank Accounts. Discount payments are within 7 days, full details will be on your invoice.
What are your freight charges?
Our charges are £225 per cubic meter - min charge £3, and are calculated by volume or weight which ever is the greatest. There is also a £5 handling/Admin charge per invoice/order.
Do you order from suppliers outside the UK?
No we do not order from suppliers who are based outside the UK. This also includes sellers selling on Amazon, eBay or any other UK website, who are based outside the UK.
